Andrzej Radomski, LLM, TEP, MICA Int.Dip (AML)

DIRECTOR

Andrzej is an established, legally qualified company director with demonstrated history of working in international business environment. He is experienced in dealing with all aspects of corporate governance practices, risk management, audit, compliance, anti-money laundering, billing, budgets, human resources and training. Andrzej graduated from the University of Gdansk and holds a master’s degree in international commercial law from the University of Nottingham. Recently Andrzej acted as a director on the UK board of directors for a leading worldwide producer of personal protection equipment, wholesaler of alcoholic beverages and investment subsidiary of an international airline. Andrzej is a member of the International Compliance Association, Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Claudia Martans, LLM Lawyer

DIRECTOR

Claudia has over twenty years’ experience advising clients such as the United Nations, the European Union, IUCN, USAID, TNC, Nestle, Coca Cola, GDF Suez, AES and Bavaria Group in respect of legal and environmental compliance. Claudia specialises in international environmental law and assists the team with all aspects of commercial, private wealth and funds work. Claudia is a lecturer at the University of Exeter Master of Science – Island Biodiversity and Conservation postgraduate course. She has completed a degree from the University of Antonio Machado (Spain) in Management and Conservation of Endangered Species, read law and political science at the Santa Maria La Antigua University in Panama, holds an LLM in Environmental Law from the University of Nottingham and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP University, Law School. Claudia was admitted to the bar of the Republic of Panama in 1995.
