Public Notice – Resignation as Security Trustee relating to:
Security Trust Deed dated 26th June, 2024 made between the MHG BOND 1 LIMITED {the “Company”} and OPPA Limited (the ” Security Trustee”} in relation to the Loan Note Instrument constituting in aggregate up to £5,000,000 2yr 10% secured loan notes due 2026 dated 26th June 2024.
Security Trust Deed dated 26th June 2024 made between the MHG BOND 1 LIMITED (the “Company”) and OPPA Limited (the “Security Trustee”) in relation to the Loan Note Instrument constituting in aggregate up to £5,000,000 3yr 12% secured loan notes due 2027 dated 26th June 2024.
Security Trust Deed dated 26th June 2024 made between the MHG BOND 1 LIMITED (the “Company”) and OPPA Limited (the “Security Trustee”) in relation to the LOAN NOTE INSTRUMENT constituting in aggregate up to £5,000,000 12% secured loan notes due 2028 dated 26th June 2024.
(jointly referred to as “Trust Deeds” and “Loan Notes”)
We, OPPA Limited, were appointed as Security Trustee under the Trust Deeds dated 26 of June 2024 relating to Loan Notes to be issued by the Company.
On 17 March 2025, we delivered formal notice of our resignation as Security Trustee to the Company in accordance with Clause 10.2 of the Trust Deeds.
The notice period has now expired, and we have received no response or engagement from the Company regarding the appointment of a successor trustee.
This notice is published to inform all relevant parties and stakeholders.
